We’re making some internal changes at FNX to bring together teams across the Cycle0 Group, of which we are a part. Cycle0 Group includes FNX and Biogasclean, the Danish global leader in biological desulphurisation and methanation technology.
The changes include the creation of some international teams which aims to support our biogas plant development and to provide a stronger service to the Group’s customers of gas upgrading and polishing technology across the globe.
The changes mean that some members of FNX will move IT systems and change to Cycle0 or Biogasclean email addresses to enable better communication and sharing of information. These changes in no way effect the continued activities or commitment of FNX in Artea, or any of the group’s other operations across Spain, where we are committed for the long term.
The specific changes come into effect in February 2026:
- We’ve created one sales team to better serve the needs of our equipment customers worldwide with a full product suite. This means our leading gas upgrading and polishing solutions will be available under the Biogasclean brand.
- Our procurement and finance functions will now serve our business across Europe. This supports the delivery of our ambition to be the leading biomethane producer in Europe, with biomethane plants planned or operating in Spain, Ireland, Portugal and Italy.
All our existing operations remain at our FNX manufacturing facilities in Artea and across Spain, and at our Danish manufacturing and sales office in Odense, Denmark.
Cycle0 currently operates 7 biomethane plants and a central grid injection point in Spain and are building 2 new biomethane facilities in Italy.
